Access Client Portal
Simplify and safeguard your personal documents with our secure portal. With anytime and anywhere access, you can safely share sensitive information with bank-level encryption.
Key Portal Features
- Document signing: Electronically execute documents quickly from a desktop, laptop or mobile device
- To Do list /Task list: A list of action items to help organize and prioritize tasks we ask from you (ex: missing documents, sign forms, etc.)
- File sharing: Upload files from a desktop, laptop, cloud storage, or mobile device
- Document image capture: Capture images of documents via a mobile device’s camera
- Communications: Send specific questions directly to a member of our team
- Reminders: Helpful automatic reminders to help you stay on track for tasks and deadlines
To Access the Portal
First time using the portal?
An invitation link is required in order to access the portal. Please email us at associate@ciampitax.com or call our office requesting access to our portal. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours with an invitation email. You will need to set up a personal account with an email and password of your choice.
Important: Write down the email address and password used to set up your portal account and keep in a secure place. We do not have access to that information. If you forget it, you will need to reset your account information.
Already have an account set up?
You can easily log in to the client portal:
- Via the Client Portal icon on the top navigation bar of our homepage
- By bookmarking the portal log-in page to your favorites to easily revisit later
