Steps to Streamline Your Filing Process

A New Client? Contact Us Right Away!

If you need help with your business taxes, bookkeeping reconciliation, 1099 preparation, or W-2/W-3 packages, we’re here to help.

  • Start by sending us a message on our contact us page, emailing us at inquiry@ciampitax.com, or calling our office for an initial discovery call.
  • During this time, we will gather some basic information, outline the necessary documentation, answer your questions, and assess whether we are the right firm to best meet your needs.

Gather and Organize Your Tax Documents

  • Refer to our Business Tax Return Checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Review your previous year’s tax return to identify documentation you will need again.
  • Check for any missing information and work on obtaining it.
  • Please organize all documents.

All documentation must be obtained prior to submission. Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted togther, rather than in separate parts.

Submit Your Tax Documents

Choose a convenient submission method.

  • Upload to Our Secure Online Portal: Request access to our encrypted platform by emailing associate@ciampitax.com.
  • Drop-off: During office hours or after-hours via our secure and
    monitored dropbox.
  • Mail: Use USPS or carrier of your choice to send your documents to our office.

Schedule an Appointment

Appointments are available via in-person, via Zoom, or by conference call.

Once we receive the documents, we require at least five business days to
review them before scheduling your appointment. Appointments can be
booked online through the Schedule an Appointment icon at the top of the
page or by contacting our office.

We recommend online scheduling if possible. If calling, please be patient as phone coverage is limited.

Prepare for Your Appointment

Before your appointment:

  • List questions or topics you’d like to address.
  • Bring any missing or additional information.
